Lend and borrow against tokenized stocks.

A fixed-rate, fixed-term credit market designed for eligible Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain. You lock a Stock Token you already own, eligible lenders compete privately for your loan in a sealed-bid auction, and, if your request is filled, you receive USDG at the resulting blended rate.

Any eligible, supported Stock Token in your wallet, the market is created around what you already hold. If an eligible asset does not yet have a market, one may be created when first requested.

You set the maximum rate you’ll accept; eligible lenders submit sealed, signed, funded offers below it. If your request is filled, offers are accepted from the lowest rate upward, and your final rate reflects the blend of accepted offers.

Fixed rate, fixed maturity, your scheduled repayment is known from day one. Repay in full according to the loan terms, and your remaining collateral returns to your wallet.

Loans carry published loan-to-value bands. If your ratio crosses the margin-call band, you may be prompted to act. If it crosses the liquidation band, the position may be liquidated in accordance with the loan terms to repay the debt. The applicable bands are shown before you confirm your request.

Eligible KYC/KYB-verified participants in supported jurisdictions. Verification and wallet screening occur during onboarding and may be repeated as required. The product is not available to U.S. persons or persons in restricted jurisdictions.
