Access to and use of this platform, including participation as a contributor or validator, is void where prohibited by law. It is the user's responsibility to determine whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence or operation. The platform reserves the right to restrict or deny access in any jurisdiction at its discretion.
Points earned on this platform, whether through account creation, referrals, data contribution, or validation, confer no financial benefit, monetary value, ownership interest, or right to any future payment whatsoever. Points are not currency, are not redeemable for cash or cryptocurrency, are not securities, and are not transferable to any third party except as expressly permitted by the platform's referral and bond mechanisms described elsewhere. Points may be modified, reset, or discontinued at the platform's discretion at any time, without compensation.
No token, cryptocurrency, or other digital asset is being offered, sold, or promised in connection with points, referrals, contributions, or validation activity described on this platform. Nothing on this platform should be construed as an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment product. If the platform ever conducts a token generation event in the future, that event would be governed by its own separate terms, disclosures, and legal requirements, and would not retroactively convert any previously earned points into a right to receive tokens.
Contributors may only submit data obtained through lawful means. Submitting data obtained through unauthorized access, theft, breach of confidentiality obligations, or any other illegal method is strictly prohibited. Contributors found to have submitted unlawfully obtained data will be permanently banned from the platform and referred to the appropriate authorities for prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by local law. Contributors are solely responsible for ensuring their data-collection methods comply with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are operating.
All data submissions must cite the underlying source document or origin. Use of data on the platform, or in any external work, without proper citation of its source is prohibited and may result in the responsible party being permanently banned from the platform.
In the event of a dispute between contributors regarding who submitted particular data, or how points or bounty rewards should be allocated, the dispute will be submitted to a panel of three validators, randomly assigned, whose majority decision will be treated as final for purposes of resolving that dispute on the platform. This process applies specifically to contribution and points disputes between users, and does not apply to, and does not waive, any other legal rights or claims a user may have against the platform itself.
The platform collects personal information necessary to verify contributor identity, process payments, and operate the points, referral, and validator systems. This information is used solely for those purposes and is not sold to third parties. A contributor's identity is kept confidential from data buyers and other platform users; published data reflects verification status and sourcing, not the identity of the individual who submitted it. Contributors and buyers are entitled to know what personal information is collected about them and may request its deletion, subject to any records the platform is legally required to retain.
The platform is committed to operating transparently with respect to how data is sourced, verified, and priced. Every data point made available to buyers is accompanied by its source type and validation status, so that recipients can assess the reliability of what they are relying on. Methodology for bounty pricing, surge multipliers, and the validator consensus process is disclosed to contributors and buyers alike, rather than operated as an undisclosed internal process. Errors identified in published data may be reported and will be reviewed and corrected where warranted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on its data, participation in the points or referral system, or any dispute between users, including but not limited to lost profits or lost investment opportunities.
The platform reserves the right to modify these terms, the points system, the validator process, or any other mechanic described here at any time, and to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these terms, at its sole discretion.
Use of the platform is limited to individuals who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction and legally permitted to participate under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. If any provision of this disclaimer is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
