Be the first to see opportunities before others do.
- The Rationale -
A data center doesn't exist in isolation; it's one link in a chain of investable assets. We map the entire chain, not just the building in the middle. Every one of these layers is investable. Right now, none of them are mapped together.
- What You'll Find -
An ever-expanding crowdsourced and crowd-validated dataset covering ownership, grid interconnection status, land, power generation, demand, and on-the-ground construction activity for data centers worldwide, sourced from public registries and a paid network of local contributors, and checked against verifiable sources before publication. Layers are tiered by how hard the data is to get anywhere else: Tier 3, basic pins, public-queue grid status, water and cooling permits, is free. Paid access applies only to Tier 1 and 2: the early-signal heatmap, ancillary built assets, ownership, deal history, demand, and transmission build-out.
- Sourcing -
Every data point comes from one of two places. Both are disclosed, on every record.
Read more about how we source dataInterconnection queues (FERC eLibrary, ISO/RTO filings, Capacitypedia), corporate registries (similar to SEC EDGAR, Companies House, BRIS), and government statistical agencies, wherever a structured public record exists.
Brokers, landowners, and engineers who retrieve paperwork not available in any public system, most often in markets where no consolidated registry exists yet. Every submission includes a citation to the underlying document.
- Acceptable Use -
Access is licensed for your own analysis and decision-making. A few things it does not permit.
